SENIOR VETERINARY NURSE
I qualified as vet nurse in the UK. In 2003, and spent the first part of my career working in a first option and orthopaedic referral centre in Wales. I arrived in New Zealand in 2006, where I started working with the Kohi team full time. I took time out to experience working with in a charity organisation and some years as a full time mum.
I now work part time in order to keep up my passion for vet nursing along side mother hood. I love all aspects of nursing, and my philosophy has always been to give patients the treatment and respect I would hope to receive if I were the patient.
VETERINARIAN
I graduated from Massey University in November of 2021 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree. Following graduation, I volunteered at a companion animal practice in my home-city of Kolkata for 6 months. After which I made my big move to Auckland to work full-time at KVC in May of 2022. I have now been here 1.5 years and loving it. It has been a pleasure to meet you and your pets. My main interest lies in soft tissue surgery, wound management, preventative health and radiology. With the occasional chase down of the odd medical mystery!
[For those of you who struggle with my name, and there are a lot of you , it is pronounced ‘Aww-neen-dee-ta’.]
